Billed for service that is terminated

I canceled my service with Supersonic and they implemented the action of canceling my service but they are still deducting monthly fees for the service that I am not even receiving. This is really unacceptable and ********* way of doing things and I would like for my money to be refunded as I can't be paying for a service that is already terminated.
