ICASA should not be allowing these people to trade in SA anymore as they are A ******* . You pay and they offer no service- Your log tickets on their website and they close it. The landline number does not exist anymore as no one answers it. You will remain on the line for long. All the agents do throughout the day is closing tickets without actioning and cancel services and say you did not pay. It is almost a week since I made payment but I have no wifi and come new month more money will be wanted- Go to Vodacom cause MTN and Supersonice are *****
