Beware of this ISP. It will be the bane of your existence. Internet never works and accounts is a total mess. Asking for invoices and contract regarding my account because I pay but yet I still owe every month. I paid every month yet I owe them. They will triple and over invoice and turn your internet off if you don't pay.

They have no support to contact and you will have to buy your own airtime to phone them cause they don't give a **** about customers only if you pay. Cancel and go to Afrihost or Web Africa. At least you can contact their support with email or phone.
