BEWARE OF SUPERSONIC FIBRE

These people must be the worst ever . They have disinterested *****s in their call center who always promise to call back with a solution. I made 7 calls to them , had 5 different "tech *****s" told each one the same story and answered the same questions . Each one had a solution , each made a promise each said they would log a call. Today is day 2 last call at 11.27 another promise yet no call back and yes NO LOG OF MY PREVIOUS CALL OR OTHER CALLS ?????????????Worse than Telkom
