Beware and Stay Away from Supersonic

Logged an order on the 12th Dec 2019, this was for the 300gig LTE @ R799pm, By the 13th Dec 2019 i was informed my order was processed and i would be receiving my sim card in the next couple of days...no sim card arrived... On the 09 Jan 2020 i received an invoice from Supersonic showing i owed R799 to which I disputed, as i had not received my sim card and not used any service... One the 2nd of February 2020 my account was debited with R799 x 2 months...this is without me receiving a sim card or without using any of there services...be careful with your debit orders...they debit as they please...I have sent through multiple email, phoned and whatsapp to no avail... Anywhere else in South Africa if you take someones hard earned money without the exchange of goods or services it is regarded as theft...
