Best customer service

I recently needed help with my fibre service due to my fibre being suspended...I called supersonic over 5 times wasted a lot of time an money on that 5 calls with out any end results.. just when i was about to give hope on my 6th call to supersonic i spoke to the most humble consultant by the name of Patricia Mabiletsa.I explained to her my situation as well as the solutions that her other collages advised me to do to resolve my problem... Which wasn't resolving my problem and they said that's the only way and there is no other way to do it. She then calmed me and down and advised she will be able to help. With in an 30 minutes my fibre line was back up and running this is amazing customer service best I ever received and I thank you for that Patricia Mabiletsa exceptional work. I recommend supersonic makes you a trainer for they company you will surly do a fantastic job teaching others how to do they job to the best of they abilities keep up exceptional work Patricia you are going places.
