Being ****med and threatened

I am damn frustrustrated by Supersonic since last year.The furst day they delivered a router I told them I was not happy with it and they promised to come and collect which they did after months.I immediately told them to cancel the contract.Now they keep on on threatening claiming that I have an outstanding balance.What is it for while I never used their router
