WORST WORST WORST SERVICE PROVIDER!!!!!!!! **** YOU WILL PAY FOR SERVICES YOU DID NOT RECIEVE.

I moved from Telkom rooter to supersonic fiber network thinking i will have peace of mind interms of disconnected network, slow connection and bad reception. Poor customer communication they will never assist you with your queries, this will be after you have waited over 15 minutes on (EVERY CALL YOU MAKE), You will eventually talk to one person they will say they will provide feed back and u will never hear from them until they send the invoice for the payment you owe them. All queries related to Debit orders Payment, technical issues and support you will never get assistance. Their WhatsApp communications has been under maintenance since forever. They will debit money for the services you did not get and will never give REFUND. Once you want to cancel they say u need to pay Cancellation Fee and after that u have to wait for 2 months for them to cancel the connection. U will ask for the cancellation Letter so that u can look for another service provider they will never send it knowing u will not get assistance until they release your line of connection.
