I'm not sure who's reading this, but I'm really speaking to anyone who might be considering Supersonic as a provider...don't. Really. It is impossible to overstate how awful their "service" is. From their clueless technical staff to their non-existent customer care staff and everyone in between, this might be the most hopeless company I've EVER dealt with. You have been warned.
