Bas service/ Lack of communication

I have been waiting for my Fibre from supersonic for 7 working days, no communication from these people. I keep on being told Abdul Ebrahim is handing the matter. I took it upon my self to contact metrofibre after as I was not getting joy from supersonic after numerous phone calls. Metrofibre told me they have not received my order from supersonic. Can someone resolve this urgently!!!!!
