BAN SUPERSONIC!

Supersonic Fiber has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Their WhatsApp and telephone lines are constantly unresponsive.

My main issue is their billing. They sent an invoice stating a charge of R549, but instead, they billed me R1062.58. I have no idea what this extra amount is for, nor was it mentioned in the invoice. Despite attempting to contact them for over a month, I’ve had no success. I need to cancel my subscription, but it's impossible to reach them. This situation is incredibly frustrating and warrants investigation.
