Bad to terrible to non existent support

Support is really bad. They have a whatsapp bot but no one comes back to you. They respond after 3 hours. and when you did not see they responded after 3 hours they cancel the chat and you need to start from scratch. No email is provided to log any queries of technical difficulties. My Internet speed on call of duty seem to have been reduced. I had a 1.5MB speed upload and 2.8MB download. Trying to get hold of Supersonic is impossible. The next day it seemed to be faster again. But the issue is - whenever there is an issue - I cant get hold of anyone to assist. Now they introduced a 087 number to call as well...but I hold on for 30min on this....this is not support I am sorry.
