Bad Supersonic invoicing

Supersonic Invoices are a mess, the pricing is not consistent and there has been an increase on my home Fiber account that i was not told of. No one is getting back to with with the query.

i signed up for supersonic 10mb/2mb at R645. I started to look at my statements and saw that they have been charging me R690 for other months. i have received the same incorrect statement.
