BAD SUPERSONIC BAD!!!!!!!!!!

This ISP cannot get a simple debit order instruction correct and have kept debiting my account, after i have told them on multiple occasions to rectify the issue. This has now incurred extra bank charges on my account and has put my account into a negative figure i have proof of me trying to rectify the issue with supersonic on there limited amount of communication methods and have been assured that the issue had been rectified. im now looking for an attorney to assist me in recovering the money that i have lost.
