Bad signal/network issues daily

Hi , I had supersonic since last year and was happy until recently , I dont think it is something that Supersonic cannot fix, its not a speed issue, because speed seems ok its a connection issue something seems to only go on every evening or certain times in the day. I pay for a 20/20 MBPS line and I should be getting good reception or netowrk but we dont please can you call my husband on *** this issue is the account is on my name but he is at home so your technician needs to see him, please call urgently and send out somebody my husband will give you the address when you call him and allow you to make the appointment , reason he wont call is because its on my name and the customer service people wont help him only me.
