Bad services

I've recently signed up with supersonic and they took forever to deliver my package as they Falsely claimed that my area was not Fibre ready which was untrue because we have Fibre service in our area and explained to them that they need to check their coverage because I was using a different service provider myself after they rectified the issue I received the router from supersonic and yet after receiving there wasn't anyone who came to do the installation and it has been over 3 weeks now no installation done, I called in to get assistance but the only thing I get is misinformed unprofessional representatives who seem like they don't know what to do. They asked for a proof resistance even though I uploaded those documents when I was signing up whilst my inquiry is about the installation. Not very reliable
