Bad Service/No Service

We have been trying in vain to get Supersonic to come out and see what the problem is with the wifi connection. We have numerous individuals in our block all experiencing the same issues. Our estate office has also been trying to get this resolved, there is just no answer. This is shocking I have been on supersonic for years and what I have experienced since November has been terrible. Get your house in order! We will be moving provider
