I’m so disappointed at your pathetic service. I logged a call mid July to inform you about my relocation only to be told 2 weeks later that the person who assisted me didn’t capture my details correctly. Now my entire family is stranded, I can’t work, kids can not do online classes yet I’m expected to pay full subscription at the end of the month
