Bad service with supersonic
Was looking forward to my new 5g router just to be told that RAM was under strict instructions to deliver to a person with iD which is fine and proof of residence I didn’t have the later and they cudnt deliver. Nonsense service and already a rocky start with supersonic…. I will want my refund please.

13 Feb 2024, 19:39I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the delivery of your 5G router. It appears there was a miscommunication regarding the delivery requirements. As stated on our website and in accordance with RICA (Regulation of Interception of Communications and Provision of Communication-Related Information Act) regulations, we require proof of identity (ID) and proof of residence for the delivery and activation of SIM cards.

15 Feb 2024, 10:57Having provided the proof to your courier RAM yesterday, I am still waiting for the parcel even now. The courier says he is waiting for authorisation from your office. What a way to start a relationship ? Kindly deliver my parcel as I need it I will appreciate it!

15 Feb 2024, 11:47I requested to speak to RAM manager and it seems the person prefers this mode of communication as he is too busy to attend to me. Anyways, this is why we have a dark continent in AFRICA. People do not want to utilise technology available to them. The consultant I dealt with was very nice though but I think as a whole the courier company should start really evaluating their processes. I am not impressed at all and I think deal with them at your own pearl, unfortunately the partnership they have with Supersonic led me to deal with them for the first time and as for supersonic…. I am also not impressive led with your beareaucracy…. How long does it take to approve someone’s address when they revert to their old address. I am now told tomorrow …. That is subject to your approval to which you have still failed even having provided you with the address…I await you tomorrow if you do not deliver May I please be given my refund so I can make alternative arrangements

16 Feb 2024, 17:52Yet again today, Supersonic decides to do their own things. I waited today to have my parcel and they promised it will be delivered by their RAM guys, at 5PM I am now being told Supersonic instructed RAM not to deliver the parcel. Now, please I want my refund for the messy service please. I want to make other alternative internet plans. The communication in the morning was that the parcel will be delivered and now nothing. Please, let me have my refund, I do not want this service now............

Yet again today, Supersonic decides to do their own things.
