BAD SERVICE - With no Response

BAD SERVICE - I am an Pensioner. My internet is been down for several days now. I've been phoning them and still no response. I've tried there WhatsApp Chat and that also is not working. Payments are received and up-to-date, but not getting what I've paid for.
