Bad Service - Supersonic Air Fibre

I have been without internet since 31 December 2025 and to date. When u call supersonic their always escalating your query with no feedback and nothing happening. I was told the problem was a technical error and a technical engineer will call me and even today I am still waiting for that call and I wonder if it will change anything.
