Bad service Supersonic

My wifi service has been disconnected. I have send them all my proof of payments. Supersonic owns me money.

Can't get through on their WhatsApp support line or on their line.

I have even logged 3 tickets on their portal. Still no recommendation or any response from Supersonic.
