Bad Service Supersonic

Supersonic signed up my neighbor using my address, and now i am battling to install fibre at my premises, worst of it all when i try to engage with them they refer me to my neighbor of which i am avoiding as it might create animosity between the two of us, Supersonic does not answer any call, their mode of communication is only through wattsapp, Vumatel is also not being responsive positively to the countless e-mail that i have sent to them, as i believe its their infastructure that supersonic connects their clients from

I am very dissapointed wth the level of non services i got from both companies
