Bad Service received from Super sonic powers by MTN,got wifi router without dim card,now can't access wifi for which I already paid for

I am a New Supersonic powered by MTNClient since 23.12.2024,the day I ordered wifi from them,online On Wed, 08 Jan 2025, 14:04 I emailed Supersonic to complain about the Bad Service I received from them On 08.01.2025 I received my new Supersonic powerd by NTN Wifi Router via Ram couriers,without a Sum card.I cal

led them without any progress,logged a ticket did not get any feedback.The call center is pathetic.I paid already in December 2024,but cannot access wifi,as I do not have a sim card 🤬🤮🤔
