Bad service overall from Supersonic
I did a review about two months ago it was better for a while now I have exactly the same issue as the previous time, I reported the issue but nothing is happening I asked again and they rep**** issue escalated but still have a problem, I'm on the whatsapp chat with customer care the rep**** to hold on just to get a message I didn't respond for a while. Normally loadshedding gets the blame but there is no loadshedding. Their customer care is going to cost them clients because they are non existant
