Bad Service / No Sim Card Delivered

They delivered a router without a sim card just before christmas which was quick but now I am still waiting for a sim card so that I get connected. Sent emails and created tickets which I haven't got a response. Worse part is whatsapp service line is down but I also spoke to an agent on the whatsapp which she said she ordered a sim card for me but haven't got an sms from RAM or courier company. And they already generated invoice for this month which I already paid for December which I didn't use even 1mb
