Bad Service - No response on my order

I ordered an LTE 2 weeks ago and made payment online. No one contacted me about a dispatch of the product for over 4 days. Being frustrated I then requested to cancel the order and asked for refund. Retentions department then called me last Friday and we had a discussion that I will continue with the order if the product can be delivered by 26 July, today.

I have not received even a call by today, what kind of service is this? Now I’m holding on their call centre and no one is picking up.
