Bad service in its worse form!!!
What a pathetic company to deal with!!!!Stay away as far as possible!!! I was holding for 2 hours to be assisted - I was nr 1 and they chucked the phone. I suppose it is because it was 10pm. I was originally caller nr 23!!!

Please people stay away from Supersonic because you don't want this frustration. They say we live in tough times but service is non-existent.
