BAD SERVICE I EVEN HAVE DOUBTS IF THIS IS A LEGITIMATE COMPANY

If it was up to me i wouldnt even rate the company a even a single star, firstly i was impressed by supersonic monthly instalment when it came to their data offers but little did i know that today i will be sitting with a letter of demand for something i didnt even use and have my name handed over after numerous attempts to get the wifi router working, calling and emailing supersonic for assistance but none of their consultants could assist me instead they would tell you that you need to be assisted by MTN for my query to be resolved. To a point that i resorted to cancelling my contract and they fetched their device. How does one pay for something they ddnt use but only got bad service for raising their hand up for assistance? The troubling factor was that i need their wifi router for studies but it didnt even benefit me at the end.
