Bad Service From SuperSonic Fibre

Supersonic Fibre does not know how to treat customers right. No assistance since Saturday, my service has been suspended because they say I owe the money I have no idea of. Been trying to get assistance on the email, telephone, whatsapp and facebook, no luck. It is frustrating. Please put your customers first
