Bad service from Supersonic
The service from the call centre and WhatsApp message service is disgusting, first they take forever to get back to to you, the agents are rude and arrogant and don't give a damn about customer service. Stay as far away from Supersonic, they used to be excellent, but now they are useless and don't care about their customers..
