Bad service from MTN Supersonic

My fibre connection has been giving me issues for the past 3 weeks. I’m constantly logging service tickets with no assistance. I keep calling the call centre but no answer. It’s frustrating cause you constantly calling and no one picks up calls. Such a useless service provider
