Bad service, feels like a ****
I subscribe to this service, my fixed LTE was delivered on the 28th of May and it was active for two days. On the 31st it stopped working and ever since then I have been longing complaints and only Wednesday the 4th I was advised my connect will not work because the tower is more than ****m away from me. Today I'm sitting with a service that isn't working , cancelling is not an option as this will frustrate me more. I need internet and I work from home. I feel ****med, why didn't the company tell me this will be a problem?

11 Jun 2025, 17:34My issue hasn't been resolved, I'm the one who checks and follow up the team doesn't seem to show interest to even contact me. I haven't used this service and it's been 3 weeks almost. But I know I will be charged
