Bad service

Iam really disappointed with Supersonic, i have struggled with network numerous times, with no assistance from them. When i call i have to stay on the line for full 1hr with no luck of getting any help. This is the 4th day since my network is off, on whatsapp also there's no help that you can get. I jave a double payment that went through there's no one also who can help me with the reversal of that other payment. Their service is poor, they're running this company as if they're running a circus, they don't value their customer's this is really annoying and pathetic.
