Bad service

On the 25th I spoke to Lebogang K****ngoe who told me that she opened a refund case, on the 26th i called again and spoke to Happiness Makhubela who opened the case and she never got back to me, after that I called in and spoke to Kwena that told me my account is in Billing. It's the 7th my request is still in Billing. Supersonic your service is pathetic the people working in your call center have no customer service, they are rude and do not have any turn around time. Im taking this to twitter and Supersonic.
