Bad service

Recently received a LTE router. Worked for 3 days then hasn't worked since. Service from Technical support is the worst I have ever experienced. No feedback, no action, no resolution, cannot get the router to work. 4 days!!!!! and still no internet connection. How is this possible? I have been a Supersonic client for 7 days and regret this decision, no service for 4 out of 7.
