Bad service

I have been trying to contact supersonic with no luck, i cannot access internet and it is for the second time in less than 2 weeks. when trying to contact their technical support their operational hours is stated to be from 8am to 8 pm but how can technical support not have standby team to assist customers after hours? Please sort out your customer service because it is pathetic, a customer cannot be inconvenienced meanwhile they are paying for the services with their hard earned money. I will surely cancel my contract with you because expecting a customer to wait for your support team after 8 am in nonsense.
