Bad service delivery from Supersonic

We joined supersonic in October 2025 we were staying in Edenvale and now we relocated to Thatchfield and we requested that our fibre be relocated to Thatchfield we were then told that Evotel is not supported in Thatchfield we are now moved to Openserve with a charge of R899 penality fees for cancellation because its less than 12 months. We are saying this is not cancellation its relocation, even after that we are still not getting the service we require they say we have to pay, we want to pay and be connected immediately, we are told we have to wait 12 to 14 days even if we can send them proof of payment they cannot connect.
