bad service
Very bad service , i am still awaiting answers on my fibre installation , 3 weeks later no word from anyone , just asking for banking details and keep on sending messages that they busy working on it.
I wont recommend this service provider to be honest they dont take customer care seriously

08 Aug 2020, 09:01Funny enough that i got the same reply a month ago from another lady and i am still waiting and waiting and waiting .
If my query is not sorted out by Monday latest then i will write a very nice article about your company and i will make sure it get published in every paper in Gauteng , and believe me i have a lot of journalist friends that works for various news paper companies that would love to have a front page story for the Tuesday paper. Your level of service is very bad and one more fact , did you know the clients you have actually pays your salary !!!Maybe its something to think about :)
