Bad service

I put one star on the rating as there are no stars in the opposite direction.If there is another Fiber company in the Dainfern area that can service The View Estate please call me on ***. It has been 7 days since I was informed that a technician will come to check my broadband dialup and the physical amenities and my ears are still on the ground. To add insult to injury i called in today the 20th of January and produced my case number cas372013-p8h4y3 and their David Copperfield ticketing system has made it disappear without a trace.It is nowhere to be found like i never logged a query. Help !!!!!!
