Bad service

Bad customer service ,bad communication . I have been waiting for WiFi installation .First I was told 14 days on the 14th day the beat changed now I was told about a back log .I have been also call the call center everyday with the call center agents telling me different storie on every call. One even went as far as saying I will get installation before the end of business.Fast forward I am still waiting .
