Bad service
I call in and speak to an agent, only to be put on hold without asking for ten minutes. Supersonic is so super useless and can't even assist me with my query and also bills me incorrectly.

When I was told by a supersonic agent that there's no costs incurred when moving. And also I'm being charged for a line that I requested to be canceled.
