Bad service as always from Supersonic

OMG, This ISP has the most *********** people working for them. They can't get anything right. My line was cancelled after I had advised them not to do so on many occasions, but the debit order still went through fine. I'm sitting without internet since Saturday the 1st of Feb 2025, I'm spending R150 every day because I work for Frogfoot (working from home). This is the 4th incident in less than 8 months. This time I want to be repaid for the data I spend from Saturday. It's Wednesday today and I'm calling them every day. You wait 18 - 20min for the call to go through... Please help
