Bad service and turnaround times

I have had no connectivity for 2 days, called yesterday to log the issue. Issue still not resolved, spoke to someone who got a technician to call me, call disconnected, since then nothing. Been trying the entire day to get this resolved, but waiting times are 20min before someone answers, then they put you on hold for another 10min, call cuts, start process again.... This is not the service I want nor expect.
