Bad service and poor fibre
I have 20Mbps up/down and twice a month i have to called that my fibre it is not working and am tired of them , decided to use another service provide , when i do speed test i get 2mbps but my line is 20mbps , i wouldn't advise or recommend someone to use supersonic
