Bad service and no customer support

Re posting as my issue is till not resolved and is actually worse. Original post: 21 May 2021, 20:11 Very poor support purchased their uncapped LTE package and since day 1 have constant issues where my connection becomes saturated pings in the 3000ms to google and timeouts. Logged a ticket and have been told that a technician will assist. Never received any calls as promised by support and was shocked the other day when I phoned again and was told that my issue was resolved. Phoned again today as the issue is still there and was advised that someone will contract me but as with previous experience no call received as yet. Have times ranging from 30 min to 6 hours where the internet is not usable.

I was given a new support case number but after that the same he will look into it he is working on it story and no resolution to my issue. Initial response to this post was good but as soon as it gets to the support center and second line support, nothing happens.
