Bad service and connection

I have never in my life seen an *********** compony like supersonic. We have called them 5 times to assist and despite them promising that they would come, they never did and never contacted us to explain. The internet connection is bad. Then they indicated that they moved us to a higher speed I believe 15 15 and that too was worse, in terms of download upload speed and they were charging a higher fee for it without the service.

This is impossible. How is this compony even allowed to continue operating.
