Bad Service and Assistance

I moved into a new property. Placed an installation request with my ISP and advise that Supersonic has an order pending and it is not for me. I stay at the address and Supersonic is not able to release their pending order. They are not even able to search under a physical address.

I am livid as I can not proceed with my order due to the uselessness and non existent help from Supersonic
