Bad service

I’m so disappointed in the customer service that this company provides. They keep disconnecting my WiFi service apparently due to non payment and I keep sending them the proof of payment. Adding insult to injury is that it’s extremely difficult to get hold of anyone on the number. Do better please!!! This is extremely unprofessional and disgusting behaviour
