Bad service

I am truly disappointed with the service. My wifi has been off for 3 days now and I did pay for it when we called there agent said the its a technical issue but the router doesn't have a red light and now we have been trying to call now it says the number doesn't exist but the number is on their website. We were given a reference number and we still haven't heard for them and their WhatsApp has been on maintenance for 5 months now
